The customer is an Italian company leader in the Relational Marketing field. It planned an action through an outbound call activity for the management of the renewals of the pledge of offering for a well-known ONLUS. The purpose is to contact professionals, besides small and medium enterprises, in order to arrange a meeting with a delegate. Koiné carried out this task thanks to an outbound activity, contacting over 25.000 records and also through a mailing activity, by using web based applications for both activities.


The customer is an Italian company, leader in the entertainment and leisure services field. It addresses a large customer target and it also became a skilled brand on social food and entertainment. Through a telemarketing action managed with outsourcing, the customer aims to raise his commercial activity by contacting prospects interested in getting to know the offered services and in organizing events in some of the managed locals, both on the Italian territory, and abroad (EU). Koiné takes care of this kind of activity arranging different kinds of communication plans to be used depending on the chosen target, qualifying a database containing about 70.000 records. What followed was the management of the commercial agenda, based on a planning tool created ad hoc by K-Form.
